CHANAKYA IAS ACADEMY
CHANAKYA PRELIMS TEST SERIES (CPTS) 2022

UPSC Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination is meant to serve as a screening test wherein a candidate has to secure minimum qualifying marks. Only those candidates who are declared by the Commission to have qualified in the Preliminary Examination are eligible for admission to the Main Examination. Preliminary Examination basically consists of two papers of Objective type (Multiple Choice Questions) and carry a maximum of 400 Marks, equally divided among Paper- I (GS) and Paper – II (CSAT). There has been a paradigm shift in the dynamics of Prelims examination in recent past and given the highly conceptual nature of the question asked from the plethora of subjects, a serious candidate has to give time to understand, inculcate and make interconnections among the different subjects to crack the first but most crucial stage of this exam.
