The one-year foundation program is for graduates and/or for the students who are in the final year of graduation. The Academy also organizes special weekend batches for working professionals and the students who are pursuing their graduation on regular basis.

The course has been designed in such a way that it prepares the aspirants for Civil Services Examination in one year. Apart from extensive classroom learning with experienced faculties, interactive learning techniques, workshops by successful candidates and experts, doubt clearing sessions by seasoned faculties and seminars on modules of administrative traits by Success Guru AK Mishra, the course also offers Test Series both for Prelims and Mains that will cover the entire syllabus of GS and CSAT by creating a real examination environment to overcome the exam anxiety and time management. Test series are calibrated as per the changing pattern of Civil Services Examination, which will provide an opportunity to identify the areas on which improvement is required.
